Howlert Terms of Use
Effective 23 August 2026 · Operator: Igor Gerin
Controlled service
Howlert is currently a free, invitation-only MVP for a small Google Play Internal Testing group. It is provided for personal release tracking and evaluation. There are no ads, purchases, subscriptions for payment or guarantee of continued availability.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use only your own public-profile import reference and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not probe, disrupt, scrape at volume, bypass access controls, send unlawful/abusive support content, or use Howlert to obtain copyrighted streams.
Catalogue, Sources and notifications
Metadata, release observations and provider labels may be incomplete, delayed or wrong because public third-party services change. Howlert uses configured public Sources and Generic Fetch for page execution, but does not provide source players or public private ReleaseLinks. Notifications are informational and not a guarantee that content is available or lawful in your location. Check important facts independently.
Kinopoisk import
Import uses only publicly accessible profile pages and selected categories. You must not provide credentials or cookies. Matches are conservative and require review/confirmation. Media-level watched/rated evidence is not exact episode progress. If a profile becomes private or unavailable, existing Howlert state is preserved and synchronization fails safely.
Third-party rights and attribution
Howlert is not affiliated with Kinopoisk, TMDB, Rezka, KinoGo, Cloudflare, Firebase, Telegram or other referenced services. Names and metadata remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. This product uses the TMDB API/data but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. The controlled catalogue seed is temporary and must be replaced, purged or relicensed according to the recorded product boundary.
Availability and liability
The MVP is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. External outages, markup changes and provider latency may interrupt features. The operator may pause a Source, provider, synchronization or Internal Testing release to protect users or data. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, deletion and changes
Accounts may be suspended for security, abuse or harmful use. You may request deletion under the 90-day recovery process. Material changes to these terms will update the effective date and be communicated through an appropriate controlled-release channel. Stop using the service if you do not accept a material change.
